Clinic policies 

Appointment:

Appointments can be scheduled online on our website, by phone, or in-person. While walk-ins are accommodated based on availability, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

 

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. This is to ensure safety and compliance with our guidelines.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: 

We understand that unexpected events may occur. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require notification at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellations or failures to attend with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of $150 plus GST or the forfeiture of one prepaid treatment, whichever is of lesser value.

Late Arrival Policy:

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we may be unable to provide the full service, and you may incur a charge of $150 plus GST. Alternatively, we may offer a shortened service at the full cost of the original treatment.

 

Service Refund Policy:

Refunds are not offered for services that have already been rendered. As results can vary, a lack of perceived improvement does not qualify for a refund. For services that have not yet been rendered, such as prepaid services or remaining treatments from a package, partial refunds may be issued in the form of in-clinic credit.

(Note: Refunds may be subject to the loss of any package discounts)

 

Product Return/Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products unless the item is defective. If you have received a defective product, please reach out to us with details, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Shipping/Pickups:

Product orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. For in-person pickups, a valid form of government issued ID is required to ensure a secure transaction.

Payments:

We accept payments via cash, debit and credit cards. For added flexibility, we collaborate with financing providers, including Affirm, Medicard, and Beautifi.

(Note: Please allow up to 7-8 business days for financing approvals and payment processing prior to treatment. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if the client uses these financial providers)

Gift Cards:

Gift cards offer a thoughtful way to experience our services. Dollar value gift cards carry no expiration date and are redeemable for most services (excluding injectables). Service-specific gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date (excluding injectables).

Parking: 

Complimentary parking is provided at the rear of our clinic for your ease of access.​​
